App End User License Agreement
Protecting your privacy is important to us. We hope the following statement will help you understand how App deals with the personal identifiable information you may occasionally provide to us via Internet.

We DO NOT collect, store or use any personal information when you download or upgrade our iOS application.
To be specific, we do not require the consumers to get registered before downloading the application, nor do we keep track of the consumers' visits of our application, we even don't have a Server to store such Personal Information.
The only situation we may get access to your Personal information is when you personally decide to email us your feedback or to provide us with a bug report. The Personal information we may get from you in that situation are strictly limited to your name, email address and your survey response only.
​In above situation, we guarantee that your Personal Information will only be used for contacting you and improving our services. We will never use such information (e.g. your name and email address or anything) for any other purposes, such as to further market our products, or to disclose your personal information to a third party for commercial gains.
It should be noted that whether or not to send us your feedback or bug report is a completely voluntary initiative upon your own decision.

App may collect and use information about certain types of information from and about your device. App may use this information, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you, to measure the use and performance of the App.

Advertisement in Application
App uses Google AdMob as ads provider. Google AdMob wants to show ads that are relevant to you. There might be errors in the programming and sometime programming errors may cause unwanted side effects.

Third Party Intellectual Property Claims
App shall not be obligated to indemnify or defend you with respect to any third party claim arising out or relating to the App. To the extent App is required to provide indemnification by applicable law, The App Owner, not Apple, shall be solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of any claim that the Secure Vault App or your use of it infringes any third party intellectual property right.
